My game master sent me handouts, and they were a real mixed bag. I did not want to lose the synchronization of the shared content, but I wanted to build my own World Entities from the handout. And the handout itself should no longer show up in my search: I want to work with my own data structures. That became a new switch: you now decide for every item whether it appears in Search and the Keeper.

There is also a quiet repair: document conversion during upload had become unstable, and most documents did not make it through. The cause was a configuration of the live environment, not the converter itself. It works reliably again, and the speed stays.

New

  • Images in Keeper answers: When an image from your Realm fits your question, your Keeper shows it right in the answer, with a caption and its source. He only picks from what already exists in your world; invented images are not his thing.
  • Answers that are easier to read: Wide tables get their own reading area that scrolls sideways and works with the keyboard. For long sources, you can read on instead of staying with the short preview.
  • The “Use in Search and Keeper” switch: In the forms you decide whether an item appears in search and serves the Keeper as a source. When the switch is off, the entry stays readable, and shared content keeps synchronizing as before. You can turn it back on at any time.
  • Images for connected programs: ChatGPT and other MCP programs can now retrieve and display images from your Compendium, too. The connection stays read-only, and your exclusions apply here as well.
  • Small improvements for everyday use: In the image viewer you can now zoom with two fingers, and the palette remembers what you opened recently. That list stays in your browser. The gallery in a World Entity form also uses the full width now.

Fixes

  • Document conversion during upload was unstable and failed in nine out of ten cases. The cause was a configuration of the live environment; your documents arrive reliably again, and the speed gains from version 1.11 stay in place.
  • ChatGPT and other MCP programs no longer ask for a new sign-in all the time: the connection now lasts up to 30 days as intended, unless you revoke it yourself. If your connection had already expired, approve it once more.
