Your group, your rules

Build a world together. Or open a window.

A Realm starts private. You can invite people from your Fellowship as Authors or Readers, share selected content, or open a Realm for reading without an account. Each path has its own boundary.

Private by default

A Realm starts private and belongs to one person. A Fellowship connection does not grant access on its own. Public directories are not the default. You decide whether more people join and whether they receive write or read access. You can remove people again. Your Realm stays yours.

Authors write, Readers follow

The Owner invites an account from their Fellowship as an Author or Reader. Authors write in the same Canon, edit content and can share from the Realm. Readers read the Canon and use the personal features enabled for them.

Management, the Keeper and a full export belong to the Owner. Every invitation is bound to an account, valid for seven days and accepted or declined on the Manage realms page. Removing a member ends access but does not delete the saved Canon.

Public reading opens a window

Public reading is a separate switch in the Collaboration settings. Anyone with the link can read the saved content without an account. Characters, places, sources, images, Sessions and the World Graph appear in their familiar views. Search and previews work.

Editing, personal areas, the Keeper and exports are closed. For Sessions, the plan and agenda are private while the description and recap are public. Secret Markdown blocks are removed before output. There is no separate publication copy: whatever is saved is what the next visitor reads.

Sharing and collaboration are two paths

Content sharing and collaboration are different tools. Sharing copies or follows selected items into another Realm. Collaboration opens the same Canon to accepted members. Public reading grants neither membership nor sharing rights.

Choose the path that fits the moment. You can combine them, but each one is a deliberate decision.

What you control

The Owner controls members, roles and public reading. Turning public reading off stops future access, but content already delivered to a browser cannot be recalled. Removing a member does not delete the saved Canon. Existing copies and follows are independent.

If something is unclear, ask before you open a door. It is easier to invite one person than to take a public link back.

A home for your Realm

There’s already room for your first story.

Create your first Realm, add two characters and record what connects them. Your Atlavium can grow with your stories. Compendium features will remain free within your granted allowances.
