Getting started
Your first Realm can be small.
Get to know Atlavium with a small story. Two characters and a connection are enough to learn your way around.
1. Create an account and a Realm
Create your account and follow the setup steps. Choose a starter pack for players, game masters or worldbuilders. It sets up your Realm’s terms and folders, which you can change later.
On a computer, collapse the sidebar for more room to work. You can still open your Realm’s sections through their icons. On a phone, open the navigation through the menu.

2. Describe two characters
Add a cartographer and the person who hired her, for example. A name, short description and current concern are enough. You can add detail later.
3. Record a relationship
Open one character’s entry and record how they connect to the other. Then look at the Relationship in the World Graph.

4. Try a layout for recurring details
Open a suitable Profile template for one of the characters and fill in a few details. Experimental Profiles show how structured content can complement free-form descriptions.

5. Prepare the next session
Create a Session and write down the main points for the evening. Add a recap after the game. Next time, you can look back at what happened and which questions are still open.
Bring existing notes across gradually
Bring over the notes you need for your next game first. Link the relevant characters and places. You can add the rest over time.
A home for your Realm
There’s already room for your first story.
Create your first Realm, add two characters and record what connects them. Your Atlavium can grow with your stories. Compendium features will remain free within your granted allowances.
