Help and contact

Need a hand with Atlavium?

I’m Denis Zunke, the person building Atlavium. Whether you’re stuck in the app, connecting it to ChatGPT or wondering how something works, write to me. We can work through it together.

Talk to me

Questions, bugs and ideas are all welcome. You can email me in English or German, or drop by Discord for a chat. You don’t need an Atlavium or Discord account to email me.

Atlavium is my hobby project in Nikolassee, Berlin. I develop it in my spare time and read your messages myself.

Help with your account

If you cannot sign in through another program, try opening Atlavium directly first. Check that you’re using the account that contains your worlds. If you cannot get into that account either, email me and tell me where you get stuck. You can also ask me about your allowances or the Keeper’s credits.

Atlavium in ChatGPT and other MCP clients

The MCP server lets a connected program read and search all content your Atlavium account can access. It cannot create or change entries. Every Atlavium user can use the server. Sign in with your Atlavium account and approve the connection when your program asks.

If the connection fails, check the server address below and try signing in again through your program. If a search cannot find your notes, check that those notes are available in the same Atlavium account and tell the program which Realm to search.

The MCP guide has setup examples for Codex and GitHub Copilot, plus links for other programs. If you’re still stuck, tell me which program you use and the error it shows.

Show me where it went wrong

Tell me what you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened instead. The error message, approximate time and name of your browser or AI program help me find the cause. A screenshot can help too, with private details covered.

Please keep passwords, login codes and access tokens out of your message. A short example is usually enough. You don’t need to send your whole Compendium or ChatGPT conversation.

Privacy, disconnecting and deleting your account

You can delete your account under “Delete account” in your profile. You can also email me privately to request access to your personal data, a correction or deletion, including when you can no longer sign in. This is also the right contact for security problems and requests to revoke a connection.

Disconnect Atlavium in the AI program’s settings. If you need help or want access revoked at Atlavium, name the program in your email. Disconnecting deletes neither your Atlavium account nor information already transferred. Also use the external provider’s deletion controls for those copies.

The privacy policy is the central explanation of the data Atlavium processes, its recipients, retention periods and the settings you can change. It also distinguishes Atlavium’s use of OpenAI from your connected ChatGPT account. You don’t need to post personal details in Discord.
