Chronicle Keeper 1.1.1: Small fixes for folders and calendar events

Version 1.1.1 is a small maintenance update.

Fixes

• Folders can be deleted reliably again: In some cases a folder would stay around even after you tried to remove it. That should be sorted now.
• Moved content is logged correctly when deleting a folder: If content gets moved somewhere else while its original folder is deleted, the activity log now calls that a move instead of something more confusing.
• Calendar events report directory moves correctly: When a calendar event is moved into another directory, the output no longer says it was edited. It now says what actually happened: it was moved.
